1 (8oz) package of Louis Kemp Crab DelightsŪ (chunk or flake)
1/3 - 1/2 medium red onion
2 celery stalks
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of sour cream
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Finely dice the crab, onion, and celery (the smaller the better). Place in medium/large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate about 1/2 hour, serve with crackers of choice. Any remaining should be refrigerated. Will stay good in fridge for up to 1 week.
