Ingredients:  
1 can chickpeas drained.
Juice of one orange and one lemon
2 cloves garlic (more or less depending on your taste)

1 Lrg Tbsp of Tahini - Add more if no peanut butter
1 large Tbsp of peanut butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first three ingredients then add the remainder.

Mix all together and store in fridge to enjoy over the next few days with fresh raw vegetables, in sandwiches, as a dip etc.

Hummus is a healthy snack and when accompanied with raw vegeatables makes for a good snack choice when studying for exams as it will keep your energy levels up.
