2 cans sliced beets, drained
1/2 c apple cider vinegar (red)
1/2 c water
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard - optional
6 bay leaves
1 tsp whole cloves
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients, except beets, for one minutes (after comes to a boil)
Pour liquid over beets in jar while hot. Let set for about 3 days in refrigerator before serving.
