1 pkg Oreo Cookies
1 container cool whip
1 stick butter
1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg of vanilla instant pudding
3 c of milk

Crush oreos in food. processor take out 1/2 cup (set aside for sprinkling on top), melt butter and mix wth remaining oreos, pat on bottom of 9 by 12 dish, add cream cheese and 1 cup of cool whip together and spread on top of oreos, take vanilla pudding mix with milk and blend according to pkg., layer on, add remaining cool whip and top with remaining oreos. refrigerate overnight if possible.
