2 lb frozen shredded hash brown
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 pint whipping cream (Don't whip!)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Place frozen hash browns in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Pour whip cream over all and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 1-1/2 hours.

Can make night before and bake the next day.
