3 large cans drained sweet potatoes
1/2 cup orange juice
Brown sugar - enough to make a syrup
Chopped pecans
Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Combine juice and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes to make a syrup. Put potatoes in a casserole dish and pour syrup mixture over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and bake at 350º until bubbly. Top with marshmallows. Bake until browned.
