1 pkg (24 oz) frozen California or Normandy blend vegetables
3-4 T olive oil
3/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place vegetables in a single layer in an ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over vegetables & toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, for 20-23 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4-5 servings
