4 eggs well beaten
1 C sugar
1/4 C butter
1 C milk
2 T flour
1 T maple extract
1/4 C oatmeal
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/2 C coconut
¼ C dark Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, butter, milk, flour, extract and syrup; beat well. Blend in oatmeal, pecans and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

First had this at the Stone Hearth restaurant. I have made this once and didn't turn out sweet enough. I am making it again, hopefully success!
