1/2 c warm water
2 pkg yeast
2T sugar
3 1/2 oz instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c margarine melted
2 eggs
1t salt
6 c flour
1 c softened butter
2 c brown sugar
4 tsp cinnamon

Icing:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 c powdered sugar
1 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make the yeast mixture (yeast, warm water, and sugar), set aside. Make the pudding according to package. Add melted butter, eggs, salt and yeast mixture. Add flour, knead until smooth.
Rise in greased bowl, covered until doubled in size. Punch down and rise until doubled.
Roll into 34" x 21", Spread with softened butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll tightly, notch every two inches and cut with thread. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, next to each other. Press slightly with hand. Cover and rise until doubled. Bake 350º 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
