1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cream
1/2 cup raisins, currrants
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and fill unbaked pastry shells 2/3 full. Bake in a hot oven 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until pastry is delicately brown
