1 C SUGAR 1 TBSP BUTTER
2 EGGS, SEPARATED 1 C MILK
3 TBSP COCOA 1 TSP VANILLA
1 TBSP FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa in small bowl. Melt butter in skillet and take off burner and add sugar mixture. Beat egg yolks, add milk and beat together. Add a little at a time to mixture in skillet, mix thoroughly. Return to burner and cook until thick and glossy on med heat. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pour into baked pie shell. When cool, top with meringue made of the two egg whites and 4 T sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 min until meringue is brown.
