2nd Mixture 1/2 lb butter
1 1/2 cups Swans Down Cake Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Knead first mixture until dough does not stick to bowl and is elastic. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix second mixture thoroughly with a fork til smooth. Roll first mixture out to 1/8" and spread second mixture on evenly. Fold up and let stand for 30 minutes. Roll out 2 more times with 30 minute rest between each time. Then roll again to 1/8" thickness, cut into strips and fold over special aluminum forms. Always handle this dough so it stays in layers, this makes for flaky pastry. Bake 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 48 cream rolls. Fill with whipped cream filling
