1 can refrigerated biscuits (16.3 oz.) cut in quarters
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup drained, canned, sliced jalapenos
3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º

Spray 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

Combine cheeses.

Roll biscuit pieces in melted butter. Layer 1/3 of biscuit pieces in loaf pan and top with 3/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup peppers and 1/4 teaspoon parsley.
Repeat layer.
Top layer gets remaining ingredients spread on it.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes then invert on to a plate. Remove and serve warm.
