1 small box feta cheese
1 pkg chives, chopped
1 pkg cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 small can diced olives, drained
1 lb penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Italian dressing (Newman's Own is good)- about 1/2-3/4 of the bottle

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill.
