1 lb linguine
2 Tbsp olive oil
zest and juice from one lemon
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Marinade: 1/2 c olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp cajun seasoning
Juice of one lemon
2 Tbsp minced parsley
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 chicken breasts, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients, whisk. Pour into ziplock bag, add chicken. Refrigerate 3-12 hours.
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Pour chicken and marinade into skillet, saute until cooked through.
Combine lemon juice, zest, oil, green onions and parsley, set aside.
While chicken is cooking, boil linguine. Pour lemon juice mixture over cooked pasta, mix lightly. Add pasta to cooked chicken in pan, toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste, toss with Parmesan. Serve warm.
