Halibut steaks, 1 in. thick
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. sliced onion (or more if desired)
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish, combine lemon juice, salt and paprika. Add halibut turning to coat. Marinate 1 hour, turning steaks after first half hour. Saute onion in butter until tender. Place halibut in greased baking dish; top with onion and butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flake easily with fork.
