2 lb. Ground Walnuts
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Melted Butter
Egg Whites (from Nut Roll recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together walnuts, sugar and melted butter. Add egg whites to dry ingredients. Roll out dough in granulated sugar. Spread with nut mixture. Roll dough into logs and seal all edges and center. Brush top with egg white - beaten.

Bake at 375º on bottom oven for 15 minutes. Transfer to top of oven and bake for 5 minutes more. Rolls are done when they are browned. Cool and serve.
