1 large bag butterscotch chips (11 oz bag)
1 cup peanuts
1 large can chow mein noodles (12 oz bag)

Melt butterscotch chips. Add peanuts and noodles. Drop on wax paper.

These cookies are a nice addition to a Christmas cookie platter. Everyone that tries them, loves them (except my mom).
