2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up and sprinkled with salt and pepper
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. water
Flour
Wesson oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour evaporated milk and water over chicken; marinate about 10 minutes. Dip chicken in bowl of all-purpose flour. Shake off excess flour. Deep fry in Wesson oil at 300º or in frying pan on medium (making sure chicken is covered in oil at all times). Make sure oil is hot before putting chicken in. Fry until golden brown.
