4 - 5 large potatoes
1 medium
1 small red pepper
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
1 egg
1/4 flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 slices of good bacon
Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, process potatoes, onion, garlic and red pepper until finely chopped. Add egg, flour and baking power. Mix.

In the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, lay strips of bacon. Add potato mixture and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in a 350º oven for 45 - 50 minutes.

My Mom always called this Docha. We looked this up on a German English translator and came up with nothing, so I decided to call it Potato Cake!
