Baked Beef Macaroni Recipe

2 C. macaroni
1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 TB oil
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (8 oz.) package mushrooms, sliced
1 (700 ml) bottle spaghetti sauce
1 (14 oz.) olives, sliced
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernal corn
2 C. mozzarella cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook macaroni in a pot of boiling water until tender to bite. Drain.

In a skillet, heat oil. Cook ground meat, onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Remove from skillet and drain. Transfer to an oven proof dish.

Fold in remaining ingredients except half the cheese. Top with remaining mozzarella.

Cook in oven until cheese has melted.
