9-in. Unbaked Pie Cruse
1 1/4 C Sugar
1/3 C Flour
1/8 t Salt
1/4 t Nutmeg
1/2 t Vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix together all but the butter. Pour into raw crust. Dot with butter. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 325º and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until filling is set. Stir filling two or three times while baking to incorporate the butter. May need to cover edges of crust with foil if getting too dark.
