1/2 lb fettuccine noodles
1 1/4 cup whippping cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
6 Tablespoons butter
pinch salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in salted water 10 to 12 minutes, or according to package directions. Drain well. Meanwhile, slowly melt butter in a skillet. Stir in half of the cream, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. Add fettuccine noodles and toss. Add remaining cream, Parmesan Cheese, slight sprinkle of pepper to taste. Toss well. Serve on warm platter with extra sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese.
