1 box (8oz.) Cream Cheese
½ Cup marinated Artichokes (chopped)
1 box Chopped frozen Spinach (thawed and drained WELL)
½ Cup fresh small shrimp - chopped
½ Cup REAL Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Crushed garlic
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese (fresh grated is best)
1 Tlbs. Dried Basil (or 1 tsp. fresh)
¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
¼ tsp. Garlic salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop artichokes.
Cream together cream cheese, mayo, garlic, Parmesan, basil, salt and pepper.
Fold in spinach, artichokes and shrimp. Place in oven safe casserole dish,
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

Serve with garlic toast pieces or crackers.

Mix all together and stuff portabella mushrooms and then bake!!
