3 cups beet water
2 cups vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cloves
3 whole allspice in each bottle.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets, and skin them. Reserve liquid. Cut beets and add the liquids (beet water, vinegar) and sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and bottle. Seal with Kerr lids.
