1 8 oz cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg & 1/3 C sugar
1 C chocolate chips
1.5 C flour
1/4 C cocoa & 1 C sugar
1 t baking soda
1 T white vinegar
1 t vanilla
Cupcake papers
1 C water
1/3 C cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together softened cream cheese, egg, 1/3 C sugar, 1/8 t salt
Add chocolate chips, stir and set aside
Sift flour, cocoa, soda, sugar, salt
Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla
Mix thoroughly
Place cupcake papers in muffin tin
Fill one third full of chocolate mixture
Top with heaping spoon of cream cheese mixture
Sprinkle with granulated sugar & finely chopped nuts
Bake 350º for 30 to 35 minutes
