Ingredients:  
3 slices bacon
1.5 lb thinly sliced round steak or 6 slices
2 T mustard
3 med dill sliced pickles
6 med carrots
1/4 C finely chopped onions
1 can Golden Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C finely chopped celery
1/2 C finely chopped parsnips
2 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon til slightly crisp;
Crumble, set aside; save drippings
Wash and peel carrots and cut into slices
Cook carrots in microwave until a bit tender
Tenderize each of 6 slices of beef and beat with a mallet
Spread sliced beef with mustard
Place 2-3 carrot sticks in middle
Place 2-3 sliced pickles in middle
Sprinkle with onion
Roll up and skewer with toothpicks
Brown roll ups in bacon drippings
Mix soup, parsley and parsnips
Heat til slightly boil
Serve over skewered meat
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
