1 pkg Cracker Barrel Cheese (extra strong) grated
2 c Ham cubes
16 slices fresh bread (no crust)
6 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp salt
3 c milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 c crushed corn flakes
1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
butter 13 x 10 pan and preheat oven to 350º
line bottom of pan with 8 slices of bread
sprinkle with ham & cheese
take 8 slices of bread and cube it, sprinkle top of other
take beaten eggs, tsp salt, milk, tsp dry mustard blend and pour over bread; cover with foil & refrigerate over night.
Remove from refrigerator & bring to room temperature.
Make topping of crushed corn flakes and butter, mix & sprinkle on top
Bake 1 hour at 350º
