1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Blend in brown sugar and salt. Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk; continue stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Blend in powdered sugar gradually. Add vanilla and mix well. If necessary, thin with small amount of cream.
