1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 oz. velveeta cheese, in 1/4" cubes
3 jajapeno peppers, seeded and VERY finely chopped
12 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 green onion , sliced

Pre-heat oven to 350º

In medium bowl beat cream cheese and mayo til smooth. Stir in velveeta and peppers; spread in a 9" pie pan. Mix cracker crumbs and butter and spread over dip.

Bake for 20 mins. or until heated thru.

Top with sliced onions before serving.

Serve with Ritz crackers
