Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 12 oz. packages shredded cabbage or one head (need some red for color)
1 bunch green onions
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. chicken Ramen noodle soup (noodles only)

Dressing:

3/4 cup vegetable oil
8 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 flavor packets from Ramen soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Toast sesame seed and almonds on cookie sheet under broiler setting. This goes quickly so keep a watch...let cool.
Chop cabbage and onions.
Crush noodles.
Mix all dry ingredients, saving some almonds for the top of salad.
Whisk dressing and pour over salad then toss.
Top with remaining almonds and serve.

Can keep with dressing poured over for about one hour. If planning to serve later, keep all cold until right before serving, then add dressing and toss. Will be soggy the next day if you keep leftovers, but not too bad to eat then.
