1 head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1½ cups instant rice (uncooked)
1 quart tomatoes
1 can condensed tomato soup with 1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces. Put 1/2 in the bottom of the pan. Crumble raw hamburger over the cabbage. Add onion, rice and tomatoes. Cover with remaining cabbage. Pour soup and water over the top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake, covered 1½ hours at 400º.
