1 tsp almond extract
1 large Cool Whip (12 1/2 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions on box. Cool completely. Slice cooled cake to make 4 layers. Mix sour cream, sugar, flavoring, Cool Whip and 1 pkg of coconut. Spread mixture between layers and on top and sides. Sprinkle other pkg of coconut on top and sides of cake. Store in refrigerator for 3 days before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I cut the cake into four layers and then freeze it (It makes it moist when you frost it while it is frozen)
I also take the coconut out of the pkgs and put it on paper towels to get some of the moisture out of the coconut. It sprinkles on the cake a lot better.
