1 29 ounce can sliced peaches, drained & diced
5 slices of white bread
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fruit in greased 8X8 pan. Cut crust from bread. Cut each slice into 4 strips. Lay bread over peaches close together. Mix sugar, flour, eggs and melted butter. Blend and pour over bread. Bake 35 to 45 minutes till golden brown. Recipe can be doubled. Yummy-especially with ice cream!!

This crust will fool people all the time! The white bread strips making the top crust is a big surprise. Easy to prepare!
