1 stick butter or oleo (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c cocoa
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 c milk, more if needed
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add salt, cocoa and powdered sugar,alternately with milk. Mix well after each addition until there are no lumps. Finish by adding enough milk ( a little at a time) until it is smooth an spreadable. This is enough to frost a 2-layer or 9 inch cake.
