Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. diced onions

Add:
2 (14 1/2 oz) beef broth
2 (15 1/2 oz) cans pinto beans
1 (15 1/2 oz) can pink kidney beans
1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes with green chilies
2 (4 1/2 oz) cans diced green chilies
1 4.6 oz) can black olives, drained and sliced
1 c. green olives, sliced
2 pkgs taco seasoning mix
2 ( 1 oz) pkg ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
If using a soup pot, simmer over low heat for 2 hours. If using a slow cooker, on low setting, cook for 6-8 hours.

To serve put some corn chips or tortilla chips in the soup bowl and ladle soup over. Garnish with sour cream, shredded Mexican cheese, green onions or jalapenos.
