Pork tenderloin
3/4 cup sherry (or sherry cooking wine)
1/2 cup orange juice
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon white sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
3 dashes Tabasco sauce (or any hot pepper sauce)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Adolph's meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Add pork tenderloin and marinade overnight, the longer the tastier, turning bag occasionally. Grill on foil for 20 to 30 minutes, until browned. Internal temperature of 170º Slice and serve.
