Idaho potatoes
margarine or butter
milk
grated cheddar cheese
parsley
paprika
bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up about 3 large Idaho potatoes. Boil in salted water until done. Drain and let set.

Melt 2 Tablespoons (or more) of margarine or butter in saucepan. Add approximately 2 Tablespoons of flour and mix together. Season with salt and pepper and season salt. Gradually pour in 1-2 cups milk and grated cheddar cheese. When cheese melts, add potatoes and simmer. Should have some chunks of potato in the soup!

Can garnish with more grated cheese, chopped parsley and paprika!

For added surprise, add crisp bacon bits!
