Oven 450 degrees
Line 9 inch pie pan
Mix and pour into pie shell:

3 eggs slightly beaten
½ cup brown or white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup light corn syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup broken pecans

Directions:

Bake 10 minutes – reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
Chill - when ready to serve spread over top, ½ cup heavy whipped cream and garnish with pecan halves.
