1 lb. lump crab
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 egg yolks
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes 1 pinch Old Bay Seasoning
1 pinch salt
3 ozs. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
Olive oil for sauteing

Directions:

Mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolks, mustard, peppers, Old Bay seasoning, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well.

Add the bread crumbs and mix well.

Carefully sift through the crab meat to remove any shells. Add crab to crumb mixture and mix gently. Try not to break up the crab meat.

Make into patties and saute in olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until brown.
