3 strips bacon
1 cup raw rice
1 fryer – cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
Salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon flat on bottom of pyrex dish. Sprinkle rice over bacon. Add chicken which is salted and peppered. Mix soup and water, pour over all making sure all the rice is moistened. Bake in uncovered dish at 350 degrees for 1 + hours. May need to add a little water.

This is my stand-by recipe when I take food to friends. It is always enjoyed....especially since it has bacon in it!!
