1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese (at room temp.)
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
½ t. garlic juice
¼ t. salt
Tabasco Sauce
Mayonnaise to allow for smooth mixing
½ cup finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix liquids and salt into cream cheese first, then add grated cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. After thoroughly mixed, roll into ball and let stand in refrigerator until slightly firm. Roll into chopped pecans until covered. Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
