1/2c.buttermilk
3/4c. mayonnaise
1/2c. sour cream
1/2t. Tabasco sauce
1/2t. black pepper
3/4t. dry ground mustard
1/2T olive oil
1/2T dry parsley
1/2T minced shallots
1c. crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Whisk until well blended. Stir in the blue cheese. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
