6 yellow squash (4c. cut up)
1 small onion chopped
2T. sugar
2T. butter
1/2t. salt
2T. flour
1c. milk
1/2c. grated American cheese
1/2c. bread crumbs or Ritz crackers
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion in salted water until tender. Drain. Place in Pam sprayed casserole dish. sprinkle with sugar. Melt butter in pan. Add salt, flour and mix milk in. cook until thickened. Add grated cheese until melted. Pour sauce over squash. Stir a little. Add crumbs and butter on top and bake for 350º until lightly brown.
