6 med. potatoes
6 strips bacon
3/4 cup onion minced
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 tlb. flour
2 tlb. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in skins till tender but firm. Drain, slice while hot into shallow baking dish.

Saute bacon till crisp remove from pan and crumble.

In bacon grease add onions, cook till golden brown then add flour, sugar salt and celery seed. cook over low heat till smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and add water and vinegar, bring to boil stirring constantly. boil 1 minute. add potatoes and bacon.
