2 C sugar
2 eggs
20 oz crushed pineapple (don't drain juice)
2 t baking soda
2 C flour
1 t vanilla
1/2 C chopped pecans
Icing:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 3/4 C powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
For cake, beat eggs, add sugar and beat well. Add can of pineapple (don't drain juice) and remaining ingredients. Beat well. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.
For icing, mix all ingredients until creamy. Ice onto cooled cake.
