4 pepper cases, seeded, but whole
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp minced onion
1 cup hot boiled rice
2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Boil pepper cases 4 to 5 minutes, set aside
Stir beef and onion until light colored
Add remaining ingredients, mix and fill the pepper cases
Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes
