1 1/3 cups Canola Oil (or oil of your choice, I use Crisco Vegetable Oil)
2 Tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 pkg hidden Valley ranch Dressing mix (or 3 tbsp. Bulk mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, pepper flakes & ranch dressing mix together.
Pour over 1 Box Saltine Crackes, which have been arranged in Tupperware pie or cake container, I used the Pie container with lid so I can shake (gently)and turn upside down. I tried to stand the crackers on there edge that way they just fit . (Pour oil mix evenly over crackers) Turn container every 15 minutes for an hour. Best to sit over night. Keep in conatiner with lid or in gallon freezer bag.

They are great for a party or to just take to work for a snack. The oil socks into the the cracker but the cracker stayes crisp. You can't just eat one.
