1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
9 c. Chex cereal (any)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler...melt together chips, peanut butter & butter. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Pour over cereal stirring until evenly coated. Place into 2 gallon ziploc bag. Add powdered sugar....shake well. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
