1 Cup All Bran Cereal.
1 Cup boiling water.
Pour water over cereal and let set for a minute.
Then mix: 5 Cups old fashion oats.
1 Cup brown sugar.
5 tsp. baking soda.
4 Eggs.
1 Cup canola oil.
In a separate bowl Mix together: 3 Cups flour.
2 Cup whole wheat flour.
2 Cups raisins, craisins, or other dried fruit.
5 - 6 Cups buttermilk.

Pour boiling water over cereal and let set for a minute. Then mix the oats, brown sugar, baking soda, eggs and oil together and add to the cereal. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and dried fruit and add to the above. Mix in the buttermilk and refrigerate. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to5 weeks. Only make up enough muffins each day as will be eaten. Bake at 400 º for 20 minutes or until brown. A gallon plastic pitcher with lid is an excellent storage container!
